Established in 2020 in the Lower East Side, Double Chicken Please, a design-driven cocktail bar in New York's Lower East Side, deconstructs and rebuilds traditional elements of drinks, dishes, products, and experiences by blending design and hospitality to push creative boundaries and 
deliver unexpected experiences.

Offering a contemporary and minimalist dining space paired with warm service, Raku offers artfully made udon and classic Japanese dishes. Since establishing its first location in the East Village in 2016, it has expanded with locations in Soho and Midtown.

Koké

 

Koké, brought by the team behind Pâtisserie Fouet, is a plant-based, gluten-free cafe that offers ceremonial matcha, hojicha, fermented refreshments, and house-made baked goods. Everything is thoughtfully made in-house with asubtle fermentation focus.
